Every batch undergoes its first formalin safety test at the shoreline. The catch is then transported through a monitored cold chain to maintain optimal freshness.
Upon arrival at our facility, a second formalin test is conducted at warehouse entry before processing begins. The fish is cleaned using purified water and prepared only after your order is received — never pre-cut or stored waiting for buyers.
